JEDI Academy General Information
JEDI stands for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. The 2024 JEDI Academy will offer park and recreation professionals and industry members with a better understanding of JEDI principles to put into practice within their own organizations and communities, and to advance and improve the profession. Educational content and experiences will focus on awareness, belonging, and communication.

Registration: Prices, Cancellations and Transfers
Prices:
Registration: $199 CPRS members, $249 non-members. Registration includes all learning materials, snacks, two lunches, and one breakfast.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) can be added for an additional $20 for CPRS members, $40 for non-members.
Deadlines:
The deadline to register is Friday, April 19, 2024.
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until Friday, April 19, 2024. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. A $50 administrative fee for a transfer will be charged when a request is received after April 19, 2024.
Cancelation/Refund requests received by the CPRS office in writing no later than Friday, April 19, 2024 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after Friday, April 19, 2024.

Accessibility:
For ADA requests and questions concerning accessibility, contact CPRS at (916) 665-2777. Accommodations such as interpreters cannot be guaranteed without at least 30 days notice. To help ensure availability, requests must be received by April 3, 2024.

Membership Status
The member rate for registration and CEUs will automatically be applied if you are a member of CPRS. If you need assistance with your membership status or login and password, before registering, please call CPRS HQ at (916) 665-2777.
