For this 90-minute webinar we will be joined by CONNECTIONS 2026 keynote presenter, Dr. Matt, to explore neurodiversity in the workplace. We'll spend the first hour exploring what neurodiversity is with specific examples of common diagnoses and neurodiverse experiences helping the audience identify patterns and behaviors. Dr. Matt will offer strategies both employers and employees can deploy in the workplace to support the intended work output and overall performance. The last 15-30 minutes of the webinar will be dedicated to Q&A for attendees to ask the expert about their specific examples and curiosities.
About the Speaker
Matthew "Dr. Matt" Zakreski, PsyD
Dr. Matt is a professional speaker and clinical psychologist who specializes in working with neurodivergent (gifted, 2e, ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.) people. He has spoken nearly a thousand times all over the world about supporting neurodivergent people in all walks of life, from schools to college to the workplace. Dr. Matt specializes in taking knowledge of the brain, human behavior, and clinical psychology and making that accessible and practical for people to improve their lives. When it comes to working with organizations, Dr. Matt is an expert at helping everyone to grow in a meaningful, authentic way based on skills that stick with you well after he’s left the stage. Everyone deserves to have a better life; the more we know about ourselves and our brains, the better we can meet those goals. He is the co-founder of The Neurodiversity Collective, LLC and the author of the Neurodiversity Playbook: How Neurodivergent People Can Crack the Code of Living in a Neurotypical World.

CEU is included with the purchase of registration. This webinar is pre-approved to offer 0.125 CEU specific to the Certified Park & Recreation Professional (CPRP) and the Certified Park & Recreation Executive (CPRE) certification.
Those seeking CEU must stay on the call until at least 1:15 pm (Pacific) at which point they will be prompted to complete a brief poll to verify their participation. Those who both purchased registration and complete the live poll will be provided with a CEU confirmation letter via email.
Cancellations & Transfers
No cancellation refunds will be permitted.
Transfers to another individual within your agency/company may be requested via email to CPRS HQ at [email protected] by Thursday, September 18, 2026, for a $5 administrative fee. If CPRS membership status differs between the original registrant and transferee, the difference will be due at the time of processing (no refunds will be issued). No transfers will be permitted following the 09/18/2026 deadline.

What can you anticipate: This webinar will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform. The presenter will have a slide deck as a visual aid -- please note the deck will be circulated to registrants following. The webinar will be recorded and made available to registrants following for future viewing for a 60-day window.
