In brief, the 2026 School of Rec is a single-day, in-person experience on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from about 9 am - 4:30 pm.
Registration includes admission, continental breakfast, lunch, swag, education sessions, continuing education units (CEU), networking social, and participation in the opportunity drawing -- early bird registrants also receive a headshot.
The deadline to register online is Friday, October 16, 2026.
Prices:
Early Bird registration prices end Friday, September 4, 2026.
CPRS Member Early Bird Registration ... $80
Non-Member Early Bird Registration ... $85
Standard registration prices begin Saturday, September 5, 2026.
CPRS Member Standard Registration ... $90

Lodging & Travel
Lodging is not included in your registration to attend. Stay tuned for details about a group hotel block.
Airports nearest the Eastvale Community Center include Ontario International Airport (ONT) (12 mi.) and John Wayne Airport (SNA) (36 mi.).
Cancellations and Transfers
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency for $10 until Friday, September 18, 2026. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status of the original registrant and the intended transferee.
Transfer requests received on or after Saturday, September 19, 2026, will be subject to a $25 transfer fee.
Transfer requests are not permitted following the registration deadline of Friday, October 16, 2026.
Refund/Cancellation requests received by Friday, September 18, 2026, will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
Refund/Cancellation requests received September 19 - October 16, 2026, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
No refunds will be granted after the registration deadline of Friday, October 16, 2026.

The member rate for registration will automatically be applied if you are a member of CPRS.
