The California Aquatic Management School (CAMS) was formed in 2001 by a group of dedicated Aquatic Section leaders with a vision to conduct a premiere training for aquatic professionals. CAMS will offer vast networking opportunities as well as nationally recognized speakers discussing topics such as legislation, staff training, facility design, program enhancements, emergency preparation, aquatic hot topics and much more. Those who attend CAMS can expect a 3-day experience like no other conference ever attended.

Transfers and Cancellations
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until September 1, 2025. Fee Difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. Transfer requests received following September 1, 2025, will be subject to a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not permitted following the registration deadline of October 10, 2025.
Cancellation/Refund requests received in the CPRS HQ office by August 31, 2025, will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Requests received on September 1 - September 30 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Refund requests received on/after October 1, 2025, will be assessed 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be granted after the October 10, 2025, registration deadline.

Location & Lodging
CAMS 2025 will be held at the Finley Community Center (2060 W College Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401).
Parking will be available on-site in addition to overflow parking at the Finley Community Park parking lot.
Lodging is NOT included with CAMS registration and should be booked independently if needed. The primary hotel for CAMS 2025 will be announced in the near future.
