CONNECTIONS 2027: CPRS Conference & Expo
Thank you for joining us for CONNECTIONS 2027 in Sacramento, CA! Our conference committee members are working hard to bring you the latest information and services in the park, recreation, and leisure services profession. The 2027 Conference will provide something for everyone in Parks & Recreation! Registration is open now, and the full schedule will be released this fall. Section intensives and other ticketed events will also be available for registration at that time.
General Information
The conference is being held Tuesday, March 2 through Friday, March 5, 2027, at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. Full registration covers conference educational sessions beginning Wednesday morning, ending with our closing keynote speaker midday on Friday. It does not include pre-conference events such as section intensives on Tuesday. Full registration pricing covers Wednesday through Friday and also includes the Wednesday night Welcome Reception sponsored by PlayCore.
Conference registration is now being accepted through February 25, 2027. After February 25th, all registration will need to be processed onsite.
New for 2027: CEU's are included in the price of registration and for qualifying intensives. A separate purchase is not required.

Registration
New users must create an account and enter an email address. Do not leave your email address blank or we will not be able to send your information to you. Transfers & Cancellations
Transfers:
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until January 20, 2027. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. A $50 administrative fee for a transfer will be charged when a request is received after January 20th.
Refund Requests:
Refund requests received in the CPRS office no later than January 20th will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Refund requests received between January 21st and February 10th will be assessed 50% of the registration fee paid. No refunds will be granted after February 10th.
ADA & Other Requests
Accommodation Requests:
For requests and questions concerning accessibility, please email our office here. Accommodations such as interpreters cannot be guaranteed without at least 30 days notice. To help ensure availability, requests must be received by January 20th.
Food Allergies & Preferences:
While we do our best to be aware of food allergies and preferences, we may not be able to meet all requests at receptions and in the exhibit hall due to the large number of attendees. Guests with specific dietary needs may need to provide their own meals. Please contact our office with questions about provided meals.
Membership
The member rate will automatically be applied if you are a member of CPRS. If you need assistance with your membership status, please email us here before registering. Students:
Students will need to be CPRS Student Members to receive the student rate. You can join online and upload your student schedule here. Please allow one business day to verify your status before registering for conference.
Industry Representatives:
Industry or Company Representatives are not eligible to register as an attendee. If you are interested in participating in the conference, please purchase a booth in our tradeshow.
