General Information and Prices
Please visit the School of Rec webpage for the schedule overview. In brief, the 2024 School of Rec: Big Rec Energy is a single-day experience on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from about 9 am - 5 pm. Registration includes admission, continental breakfast, lunch, a swag bag and t-shirt.
The deadline to register is Friday, September 20, 2024.

Lodging & Travel
Lodging is not included in your registration to attend, however, a room block has been established for School of Rec attendees at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott (250 El Camino Real, Millbrae, CA 94030). The group rate offers doubles for $149/night and kings for $139/night. To book your stay and partake in the group rate, be sure to mention "CPRS" when you either call (650) 259-0400 or email Razika@fairfieldinnsfo.com and/or Debbie@fairfieldinnsfo.com.
Cancellations and Transfers
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until Friday, August 30, 2024. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. Following the August 30th deadline, a $25 transfer fee will be applicable.
Refund/Cancellation requests received by Friday, August 30, 2024, will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Refund/Cancellation requests received August 31 - September 16, 2024, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be granted after Monday, September 16, 2024.

ADA & Special Request Information
For ADA requests and questions concerning accessibility, contact CPRS at (916) 665-2777. Accommodations such as interpreters cannot be guaranteed without at least 30 days notice. To help ensure availability, requests must be received by Monday, August 26, 2024.

Please note any dietary restrictions or food allergies within the registration prompts. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but need a minimum of 30 days notice to ensure we have suitable options available.

The member rate for registration and CEUs will automatically be applied if you are a member of CPRS. If you need assistance with your membership status or login and password, before registering, please call CPRS HQ at (916) 665-2777.
