The Academy for Youth Sports Administrators is a unique educational and networking program created and offered by NAYS. The Academy is a certification program that is designed to raise the professionalism of those delivering youth sport services. Upon successful completion, attendees earn their Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) credential.
The National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) will offer a LIVE 3-hour BONUS WEBINAR as the first step in earning this professional certification.

Topics Covered
Topic covered include youth sports philosophy, professional development, volunteer management, child abuse/bullying prevention, parent management, conflict resolution, insurance and risk management, inclusion, program evaluation and marketing. Please note that due to the dynamic nature of the webinar and depending on the audience, questions, discussion - the topics will vary but again ALL info is also in the Online Academy plus more!
Who should attend?
ANYONE involved in providing recreational sports opportunities at the local level. From administrators in key decision-making positions to front-line staff within public agencies as well as sports league directors, community recreation providers and students.
Tuition
Tuition to attend the webinar and online academy is $350 for members and $425 for non-members. This fee includes 3-hour webinar, online material, access to academy online and exam.
