This year’s event will include two days of collegial learning, networking, and professional growth, with a focus on self-care and fun! This two-day retreat will serve those that are up-and-coming professionals in higher education as well as seasoned professionals thriving in their position or preparing to take that next step. All those with an interest in higher education administration and identifying as current or future academic leaders are welcome to attend.
This year's session themes: strategic enrollment, university structure, technology, new opportunities and challenges, administrative strategy, marketing, a leader's view from the top.
The NAL-R Program Committee wants to hear from YOU! We invite you to share your knowledge, experience, and unique perspective. This is your chance to connect, inspire, and to influence the advancement of the park and recreation profession.
NAL-R and CPRS are committed to providing a retreat program that is thoughtful, insightful and reflects the variety of disciplines (Parks, Recreation, Tourism and Related Professions) in higher education, University, College, Department and degree programs and experience levels of educators and administrators in the park and recreation profession.
