General Information


The Maintenance Management School will be held at the UCLA Conference Center in Lake Arrowhead, CA on Monday, November 15th through Friday, November 19th, 2021. Registration fees include classroom instruction, course materials, meals, shared lodging for the week (reservations handled by CPRS) and a MMS Jacket. Transportation is provided to and from the Ontario Airport for a $75 fee.

CPRS members are eligible for registration discounts. If you require assistance with your membership status, please call our CPPRS HQ at (916) 665-2777.  All updates to registrations will require a written request faxed to (916) 665-9149 or emailed to bea@cprs.org. Please call CPRS HQ to confirm receipt of your registration changes.  Early Bird registration discount ended August 13, 2021.

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before October 1, 2021 will be eligible for a partial refund (CPRS retains an administrative fee of $50). Cancellations requested October 1 through October 31, 2021 are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds after October 31, 2021. Attendee replacement is allowed. Cancellations and substitutions must be in writing prior to the start date of the School. Fax is accepted at 916/665-9149.

Other Details

Arrival Information: When you arrive, check in will be between 11:00 am and Noon on Monday, November 15th, in the lobby of the main lodge.
Departure time:  We will conclude on Friday, November 19th at Noon. If scheduling a flight, schedule your return flight for Friday after 2:30pm. 

Attendee Expectations:
The school is an in-depth training program that requires full participation for all sessions and projects. Students will be provided a detailed week-long schedule outlining sessions and the start/end times upon arrival. CPRS and its Regent designees reserve the right to immediately terminate from the school anyone who is found to have violated attendance expectations. Terminations will be sent home at their own expense and without refund given.

Registration for this program implies that you have the consent of your supervisor (if applicable) to participate in this program and that you are expected to meet the attendance requirements and participation levels set forth for the Maintenance Management School. You hereby pledge to comply with those requirements to the best of your ability. You also understand the cancellation policy listed in the registration information. You authorize CPRS to list your name and contact information on an attendee roster, including your email which may be used by CPRS, students or vendors.

Housing & Campus Rules:
Housing accommodations are shared condo units. Most units have separate bedrooms with bathrooms and a shared living room. Single rooms are not usually available and are a higher rate. Registration and room assignments are coordinated by CPRS staff. However, you have the choice to submit a roommate request as part of your registration.  Requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best.

CPRS is dedicated to keeping the health and safety of our community a priority. We will continue to monitor state and federal public health guidelines for meetings and events to ensure a safe learning experience as we plan for MMS 2021.

For ADA requests and questions concerning accessibility, contact CPRS, 916-665-2777 or email crystal@cprs.org. Accommodations such as interpreters cannot be guaranteed without 30 days notice. To ensure availability, requests must be received by 9/30/21.

The membership rate will automatically be applied based on your current membership status. If you need assistance with your membership, before registering, please call the CPRS HQ at 916-665-2777.

CPRS is excited to welcome you to our in-person event! With your well-being in mind, we are following all local, county and state requirements as outlined for our location. We invite you to take whatever personal precautions you feel necessary to feel safe during our event, including but not limited to wearing a face covering, even if not specifically required.

Our partners at UCLA will be taking all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and healthy stay at their conference center.
